Unstuck No. 1 to 5

Unstuck 1

There is a very important meeting and I am very sleepy. What do I do? What do I do? If I have 3o minutes before the meeting take a nap for just 10 minutes and you will feel refreshed. Just remember 10 minutes, more and you will miss the meeting altogether and you may actually get more time to sleep, a lot more time....

Remember to wash the sleep off your face before the meeting though...

And if you still insist on nodding off during the meeting....always remember....update your resume....

And avoid a heavy meal before the meeting....

If you have an important meeting tomorrow, and if you have children that insist on sleeping with you, maybe just for that night you can try sleeping separately. Be disciplined enough to turn off that favourite tv programme. Try to turn in early and have a good breakfast before you leave. Avoid last minute work because anxiety will make you sleep late and the flow of adrenaline the day before will sap your energy the next day.
